The Lasala Plaza Hotel is housed in a building dating from 1917 which has been completely renovated, maintaining the original features of its construction and taking you on a trip through time to the authentic, classic Donostia, when the city was one of the destinations fashionable with royalty and European high society. San Sebastián’s inevitable relationship with the sea, not always so courtly and peaceful, is also reflected in many of the details inside our hotel, from the main reception desk shaped like the keel of the fishing boats now used for racing, to the ceiling of braided copper plaques at the entrance inspired in the shape of their oars, and the porthole-shaped windows of the ground floor toilets. We invite you to discover the rest by yourself on your next visit.
This hedonistic context makes sense of a terrace roof like the one in our hotel. With a discreet swimming pool and a solarium, we invite you to enjoy spectacular panoramic views of La Concha, the port and the whole city while having an aperitif or a cocktail as you soak in the landscape. This unique city space is also available as the perfect setting for events and celebrations.
BookYou’ll find our gastronomic eatery, La Jarana Taberna, on the ground floor, along with our multipurpose business lounge. Business and pleasure had never been so close.
La Jarana Taberna has two zones: one for snacks and another with tables seating a total of 80 people. Its large windows afford delightful views of the port and La Concha while enjoying the dishes proposed by Ander González and his new take on the most authentic of Basque tradition. No doubt about it, this new space is certain to become a foodie favourite with the locals of San Sebastián and visitors alike.
