I’m travelling to San Sebastián by car. Does the hotel have parking?
We offer an exclusive valet parking service for €42/day. As we are located in the Old Town (restricted traffic area), you simply need to arrive at our entrance and our team will park your car in a secure partner car park, bringing it back to you whenever you need it. What is the fastest way to get here from the airport?
The nearest airport is San Sebastián Airport (EAS), 25 minutes away by car. Biarritz and Bilbao airports are 45 and 60 minutes away respectively. We offer a private transfer service from any of these airports with advance booking. Book your private transfer with us.
Can I walk to the main sights in the city?

As we are located in a Low Emission Zone (LEZ), access is permitted for vehicles with B, C, Eco and 0 stickers. Access is controlled by number plate recognition, so you do not need to carry the physical sticker.
Do I have to pay a tourist tax when I arrive at the hotel?
