I’m travelling with children. Are minors allowed at the hotel?
No, Hotel Lasala Plaza is an adults-only hotel. We only accommodate guests over 18 years old to ensure an atmosphere of maximum relaxation and sophistication throughout the hotel, including the common areas, rooftop and pool area. Discover our hotel’s philosophy.
What type of breakfast is served at the hotel and what time is it available?
We serve an à la carte breakfast from 7:00 am to 11:00 am every day. It includes a carefully selected range of hot and cold dishes, freshly prepared to order using local and seasonal products. Discover our breakfast selection.
I want to work out during my stay. Do you have a gym?
Yes, it is open every day from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. It is equipped with the latest technology, including cardio machines (treadmills and ellipticals) with connectivity, free weights and a stretching area, accessible with your room key.
Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
Yes, when booking on our official website, you have free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival during the low season, from January to March and from November to December, and 72 hours during the high season, from April to October. My flight arrives very early in San Sebastián. Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
Yes, we offer free luggage storage. Our official check-in time is from 3:00 pm, but we’ll store your luggage so you can start enjoying the city. If your room is ready earlier, we’ll give you access immediately.
My flight leaves at night. What options do I have for my luggage on the day of departure?
After checking out at 12:00 pm, you can leave your luggage in our free luggage storage for as long as you need. We also offer late check-out subject to availability and an additional charge. Contact reception to check late check-out availability.
Does the hotel offer massage or wellness services?
We do not have our own spa, but our Guest Experience team can arrange appointments for treatments and massages at some of the most exclusive wellness centres in San Sebastián, located less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Contact our team to arrange your wellness experience.
Is there a hairdressing or barber service at the hotel or nearby?
We do not offer this service at the hotel, but we can help you find the best nearby salons. There are high-quality hair salons and barbershops in central San Sebastián, just 5 to 10 minutes’ walk from our door.

Yes, we arrange all kinds of tailor-made excursions and activities. We can book a private tour of Txakoli wineries, excursions to the villages along the French coast or boat trips around La Concha Bay during the summer months. Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
